Kid Friendly?

With the change to Charleston we are definitely kid friendly, the welcome party location may require those who are underage to wear wristbands especially if they stay past 9pm as it is 21+ at that point but we are renting a private space so it should be totally fine. For the actual wedding we will have plenty of non alcoholic options and everything should be totally PG.

Will there be transportation?

There will be a vintage bus pickup & return for everyone from outside the Hotels, information will be inside of your welcome box when you check in.

So we notice you don’t have a registry…

Yes, you would be correct. We have decided that we want to do this the old fashioned way. We have all we could need currently and really don’t want to ask for things beyond your presence. But as many seem to get a tad upset with that answer we will have one of those adorable little card boxes you can slip things in if ya want and a table that you are welcome to drop things on. Well wishes and adorable non traditional notes totally welcome, we will be asking for fun date ideas to dip into.

Dress Code?

Wedding casual, there is no need to wear a full suit unless that’s your deal. If you're comfortable… So are we. Trust us, we live for sweatpants. Comfort is the most important thing, The biggest issue for us currently is masks, this will be an incredibly small outdoor wedding. We are asking that if you aren’t comfortable without a mask outside with no more than 30 people, please stay home. We really don’t want to end up with drama revolving around people being uncomfortable and want to be able to see who came in the photos and wedding videos. It sucks that the world is in disarray during this time and as snazzy as your masks are we really prefer your beautiful faces.

Can I use my own camera?

We have professionals coming and would really appreciate if everyone just left the electronics in their bags at least for the ceremony so they can work and you can just be there in the moment. No need to worry about photos, there will be plenty and we will share them with everyone when they come back. Our photographer prefers candid photography so beyond a couple pre chosen moments he will be sneaking around the event taking natural photos and you may not even notice it.
